We will be sharing the great news with our parents tomorrow night (it's a total surprise to them) and starting the demolition Friday afternoon. I've ordered a dumpster to hold the old drywall, paneling, and fixtures. We're having a mold guy come fix the mold situation next week. Then the following two weekends we'll move all of our stuff out before our Nov. 30th closing on the current house.
November will surely be a wild month, but we're making a giant leap toward living the lifestyle we want back home, surrounded by family and friends and with ample free time to have a life. I couldn't be more excited!
Stay tuned for pics of our new house before, during, and after renovations. Our goal is to be completely done by August 2013 and keep the budget under $40 thousand.
